How to shop on Tango Details

When you see an item you'd like to buy, simply click on the "purchase" button on the product page to place this item in your shopping basket.


The item will be added to your basket and remain there until you decide to complete your purchase at the checkout. You can add further items to your basket and when you're ready to purchase them simply click on the "View basket and proceed to checkout" button displayed below the items in your shopping basket.


There are three steps to proceed with checkout: add your personal details and delivery address; add your measurements; and review your order and make payment.


In the final step, you will be able to select your payment method.  You can chose to pay immediately using PayPal or you can pay by bank transfer, in which case you will receive an email with a summary of your order and the details you require to make the payment.


Step 1: add your personal details and delivery address


In this step of the process you will be prompted to Login or, if it's the first time you've shopped with us, you can Register.


We suggest you register on our website; in this way, you can manage your present orders, save your measurements and update these at any time, quickly process through checkout, and save your favourite items to your Wish List!


You can skip this step without registering, simply add your email address and click on the "Proceed without registration" button.  Your email address will only be used to contact you about your order.


Step 2: add your measurements


This is the most important step in which you add your measurements which will be used to custom tailor the items you are purchasing.


When you shop with Tango Details you are purchasing tailored garments, handmade and individually made to measure; the measurements you provide are very important to ensure that the clothes fit properly.


Taking your measurements is very easy, simply take your sewing tape measure and follow our guide on how to take measurements, accessible via the following link. Please do not add add extra wiggle room to your measurements but rather provide us with the exact measurements. We will adjust for "wiggle room" as we tailor your clothes, so it is extremely important for us to work from your exact measurements. Step 3: customizations and payment


In this final step, you can review all the information you have submitted in the previous two steps and add optional information or custom requests in the "Messages/Requests" box. The final thing to do is chose if you wish to pay using PayPal or IBAN.


If you choose to pay using PayPal, you will be redirected to the PayPal site where you can immediately pay for your items using funds in your PayPal account or by credit card.


If you choose to pay by IBAN (bank transfer), you will receive an email within 24 hours with a summary of your order and the details you require to make the bank transfer.


The general conditions of purchase can be viewedhere: you will also receive these conditions with the order confirmation email that will be sent to you following completion of your order.


Once we receive payment for your order, we will contact you by email to inform you about the estimated dispatch date. Registered users can check the status of their order in the "My orders" section, displayed on the main page of your user profile.


Once your items have been dispatched we'll send you an email that includes your carrier and carrier tracking number; in this way, you can track your parcel in real time from dispatch to delivery. Registered users can view the delivery information for each order in the My orders section, displayed on the main page of your user profile.
