General conditions of purchase

The item is tailored to the exact measurements we receive.  However, with handmade garments there is the possibility of a slight deviation of up to 1.5 cm from the measurements provided, to allow for some wiggle room in the garment. If, after receiving your order, any of the garments measurements deviates more than 1.5 cm from the measurements provided you can return the item to have this corrected. Your repaired item will be returned to you entirely at our expense: return delivery to us, alterations, and home delivery to you. This condition also applies in cases where: 

  • there are defects in the fabric;
  • the garment has been tailored incorrectly.

If any of the situations described above occur and you decide not to have the garment repaired, you can return the item to us and receive a full refund. You can contact us using the Contact page on our site.

However, if any of the above situations have not occurred but you still wish to correct an error, due, for example, to you providing us with incorrect measurements, you can still return the garment to us to be repaired and we will return the amended garment to you. The first correction of the garment is free; however, you, as the customer, are responsible for all delivery charges.

After you have completed the checkout process, you will receive your order confirmation by email containing a summary of your order along with  your measurements, requests and the details you require for payment by bank transfer, in addition to a copy of these general conditions of purchase.


Your order is confirmed once the total balance has been paid or, if applicable, once a deposit has been paid. Your order confirmation date will be the date payment was made.

A confirmed order can be later cancelled so long as you have still not received confirmation about your item's dispatch date, i.e. before we dispatch your order to the private courier appointed by us. If your order is cancelled:

  • within 3 days after payment, we will refund the full amount by bank transfer;
  • within 4 to 7 days after payment, we will refund 70% of the full amount by bank transfer;
  • more than 7 days after payment, we will refund 20% of the full amount by bank transfer.

If you received your order confirmation following the payment of a deposit, your items will only be dispatched for delivery following receipt of the full outstanding amount.

By confirming your order by the methods described above, you are deemed to have accepted and understood the conditions expressed herein.
